In general terms we aim to follow the advice process outlined below. These steps will be followed as closely as possible but there may some flexibility in relation to timing

First meeting – to introduce ourselves and to discuss your needs and agree our service & fees with you

Analysis of requirements, research and preparation of a personalised solution and report

Follow up meeting – to present and review our report & answer any questions

Implementation – if you agree with the proposed solution, we will implement it for you

Ongoing Services – If selected, these will be provided in accordance with our service level options.
